| DIY Installation of Aquefier® on a Goodman Air Conditioning Unit (courtesy of Mark Whitnell, PE) |
N/A
For anyone looking to install the Aquefier® unit themselves, or to help their A/C tech with installation, this is for you:
I first pumped down the refrigerant into the condenser, cut open the discharge line and soldered the mod. Finally, pulled a vacuum on the evap side and opened up the condenser. I have done similar to many a/c systems to replace the TX valves and seldom had to add refrigerant. |
